Peach Cobbler
Makes 6 servings.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: LOW 3 hours
Ingredients
2 - pounds fresh or canned peaches, sliced 
2/3 - cups oats 
2/3 - cup flour 
2/3 - cups light brown sugar 
1/2 - teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1/4 - teaspoon nutmeg 
3/4 - cup softened butter 
Directions
Place the peaches in the 3-quart or larger slow cooker. 
In a mixing bowl, add oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. 
Mix and pour over peaches. 
Add the butter and stir until crumbly. 
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours
