Chocolate & Coconut Cheesecake

Ingredients for the crust:

-1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
-1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
-1 Tbsp. Hershey's Dutch processed cocoa
-1 Tbsp. sugar
-1/4 cup unsalted butter

Ingredients for the filling and presentation:

-3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
-1 cup sugar
-4 eggs
-1/4 cup pure maple syrup
-1 1/2 cups semi sweet mini chocolate morsels (divided)
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes (toasted)
